

Furniture Layout
Presentation Plan – colorful representation of the overall layout of the house. This plan shows the different space planning and divisions of rooms and areas. It is the commonly used plans during client meetings and presentation.
Detail Plan – a more detailed view of the furniture layout. Drawn in black and white, it shows the smaller details needed in the planning stage. This plan is used for all other plans int the project, such as electrical and structural plans.
Site Arrangement Plan
Electrical Layout
used for plotting the location of the lights, switches and outlets. Each type of light is represented by different symbols and is connected to their specified switches. Outlets are labeled according to function.
shows the lot area and the location of the plan. It also displays the boundary lines and the distance of the house from these lines.

Revisions
Foundation Plan and Structural Summary
contains the footing beam layout, posts, and hard wares. It also shows the areas with reinforcement steels, and its specification. The structural summary shows the posts, bearing walls, triangle beams and reinforced flooring.
Perspective Images
can be exterior or interior views of the house. Shows the different material finishes used for the house, as well as the layout and design.
( 確認申請図面 ) literally translated as “Drawing request confirmation”, is the final set of working drawings to be submitted at the City Hall for review to get the necessary permit to start construction. It is composed of 9 sheets containing the residential floor plans, elevations, site development plan, etc. Irai Zumen(Drawing request) are exported here and after revision for the final set, Kansei Zumen(Complete Working Drawings) are sent back for checking.
KAKUNINSHINSEI ZUMEN
Aside from the general sheets containing the floor plans, Kansei Zumen for structural technical details of the house are also made. This is called JIKU GUMI KEISAN HYO ( 軸組計算表 ) or literally translated as “Axis Set Calculation table”. 軸組計算表 is done after the structural plan is finalized and updated.
